Welcome to the online course offered by Online English Club (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") outlines the terms and conditions governing your enrollment in the Course. By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Payment Terms: You are required to make payment for the Course as soon as you have completed 12 lessons online, as determined by the Provider.
2. Demo Lessons: The Provider offers only one free demo lesson, during which you are not required to make any payments.
3. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made by you after the demo lesson, irrespective of your personal, professional and academic circumstances, are deemed non-refundable.
4. Missed Lessons: In the event that you miss any lessons during the Course, no recalculation of fees shall be made, and no part of your payment shall be refunded or transferred to subsequent months, groups, or courses.
5. Absences Due to Various Commitments: Should you be unable to attend lessons due to sickness, holidays abroad, or other personal, professional, or academic commitments, payments once made shall not be refundable.
6. Leaving the Online Course: Once a student decides to discontinue their lessons in the online course, they will no longer have access to the course materials or be able to re-enroll in the course at a later time. All fees paid for the course are non-refundable."
7. First 5 Students Discount: The Provider offers a 10% discount on the total cost of the Course to the first 5 (five) students who enroll to the online courses.
8. Joint Enrollment Discount: If two students simultaneously join the Course, both of you shall receive a 20% discount on the total cost of the Course.
9. Discount Validity: All discounts mentioned herein shall be applicable for the entire duration of the 3-month Course.
10. Risk of Losing Discounts: You risk losing your discounts if your monthly payments are consistently delayed.
11. Homework Completion and Attendance: Failure to complete homework tasks or exhibiting frequent absences without prior notification may, at the discretion of the Provider, result in the loss of your discounts or possible dismissal from the Course.
By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge your commitment to actively participating in the independent-learning process and implementing the provided guidance to enhance your language proficiency.
This Offer constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Provider and You. By enrolling in the Course, you confirm your consent and understanding of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
